This law relates to the Mandatory Disclosure by all Chemical Companies and there subsidiaries of information regarding the sale or distribution of Scheduled chemicals. The law now includes also Universities and Colleges were such chemicals are purchased stored and used.
- Regulation (EC) No 111/2005 which comes into effect on 18th August 2005. This law relates to trade between the EU and third Countries. Import / Export licences will be required in respect of all transactions of Schedule 1 chemicals, and certain registrations in respect of Schedule 2 Chemicals.
