 | | Compliance | | | - UFST and CCi will provide full compliance cover in respect of your Company, University or College. This will include acting as your responsible person within the Company. Obtaining the requisite Licences and registrations required by the new law. Maintaining all records and providing the Competent Authority with a quarterly returns in respect of all disclosures.
- Provide you with peace of mind that you have fully complied with the new laws in respect of the New Legislation. This will assist in orders being delivered on time and provide good customer satisfaction on behalf of your company.
- UFST and CCi will provide the Law Enforcement Agencies with all information that is required by the law. Dealing direct with them in respect of ongoing investigations and providing witness statements were necessary. This relieves the burden of Company Employees being required to attend Court in any proceedings.
- Reducing the costs to your company of appointing a Compliance Officer. Such a person who in fact does this role should not provide any other function within the Company. Therefore a Compliance Officer will be an expensive commodity if they are to be fully employed by your company in this role.
- UFST and CCi will provide a secure Database in respect of you disclosures, they will liaise with your sales teams and turn around the requisite documentation in order to prevent delay.
- UFST and CCi will liaise with site inspection teams, provide advice to your company re site security and best practice in relation to all schedule chemicals.
